You Can Now Reach MTN Customer Care Via WhatsApp

I’ve been expecting this to happen considering the rate at which WhatsApp is growing by the day. You can now reach MTN customer care on WhatsApp instead of dialing 180 and waiting endlessly for CC to pick up, you can simple chat them up and in minutes your need will be attended to.

I think they are actually the first TELCO to have  customer care services on WhatsApp. And some of the issues to be attend to on MTN WhatsApp includes Education on products & services, Customer complaints, Inquiries among others.

The following are the 5 (five) MTN Dedicated WhatsApp Number to add:

» 09033000001

» 09033000002

» 09033000003

» 09033000004

» 09033000005

This is a good move but we need lay more emphasis on MTN giving us cheaper data plan. This is my number one complain.

How is Android 6.0 Marshmallow Treating You...Good or Bad?

With every Android device upgrade to 6.0, the internet fills up with hoards of angry people complaining bitterly about the downside of the Marshmallow upgrade ranging from battery drainage, contacts disappearing etc. and some are even willing to downgrade back to Android 5.1 while others choose to remain and wait for a bug fix.

So many users are already rocking Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Is it everything you were expecting it to be? Fingerprint support, granular app permissions, Android Pay, energy optimizations and Google Now on Tap are only a few of the new features in the Marshmallow update.

One of the features I love so much about Android 6 Marshmallow is the doze mode, which puts apps to sleep when it recognizes phone inactivity for extended periods of time, hence saving massive amounts of battery.

Those of you that have upgraded to Android 6. Marshmallow, what are your experiences, good or bad? And those still stuck with Lollipop, or Kitkat why haven’t you upgraded?

What Network Are You Currently Using to Surf & Download Online?

Some people are finding it difficult to stay long online because of the sudden upheaval of MTN Bis on Android, PC and other platform but what if you have something important to download, which plan will you use?

I know lots of you use different data plan to download online but woe betide the MTN sim that is not qualified for the unlimited daily planof N150 or Airtel weekend plan of N100 for 1GB. I’m simply going to share the one have used so far in the past few days.

I’m aware of Unlimited Spectranet, Smile and Swift for N5k. I’m also aware that Glo 12GB for N1800 is hanging till further notice. Airtel unlimited night plan still rocks without speed throttling.  It is a timely unlimited base plan.

Starts from 12am -6am
For 1hour plan, dial *481*1# (N100)
For 3hours plan, dial *481*2#(N200)
For 6hours plan, dial *481*3#(N500)

If etisalat is good in your location, you can subscribe for Etisalat Social me or ChatPak of N500 monthly, N300 weekly or N100 daily with Tweakware vpn and download unlimited.

Dial*342*1*1# valid for 24hrs and it cost N100
Dial*342*2*1# valid for 7days and it cost N300
Dial *343*6*11# valid for 1month and it cost N500

Download tweakware vpn if you don’t have it here>>Open it and select Etisalat Social me from the list of available free browsing tweaks from the settings menu.>>select any of the free servers and hit the connect button. It may not be fast depending on your location.

Etisalat Blackberry Plan on android – I’m aware that Etisalat Blackberry plan is currently working on Android devices but doesn’t power all application. Though I haven’t test it but if you’ve tested it and it works out fine for you, kindly let us know.

Visafone Blackberry – If you are still contemplating if you should go for visa terabyte data for N1,000 or not, I’ll advice you better go for it because no body actually know when this data famine will end.
To others, kindly tell us which network you are using to download unlimited or partially unlimited.

Its Official, Blackberry 10 Going into Extinction - Bye Bye to BB10

BlackBerry users have been predicting the death of BlackBerry 10 for quite some time, and John Chen Blackberry CEO  has now confirmed that there will be no second coming for BB10 devices in the future. Let’s nail it and hide it inside the coffin. Blackberry will only release two more updates for that device this year and next year respectively.

Chen clearly stated in his latest interviews with Golf News: “We will support BB10 for minimum two more years as a lot of governments are using it, such as Canada, the U.S., Germany, and UK.”

...the company will now be focusing solely on its Android phones with the goal of producing “most secure Android smartphone for the enterprise.”

I’m sure you still remember the deadly targeted blow of the recent withdrawal of major app support like Facebook and WhatsApp? This finally nailed it and buried Blackberry 10 OS.

With Blackberry 10 going out of extinction; all eyes are now focused on the new Blackberry midrange Android phones nicknamed Rome and Hamburg; one of them will come with a full touchscreen and the other will have a physical keyboard.

Blackberry users, will you also port to Android or continue using your Blackberry 10 devices?

Why is Everyone Quiet About ntel or Are You Disappointed?

Why is everyone quiet about ntel sim or services again? Are you disappointed or what? Barely one week after ntel, Nigerian 5th mobile network commences their services; I’m yet to see any physical human with the supposed sim card or using their services. They announced their data services but forgot the aspect of availability of their sim chip.

I’ve been to their Facebook page and it appears they are not even answering their customers on where to get their sim card from. No matter how you walk around the street of Lagos, you won’t see ntel sim to buy. Even those who reserved their numbers ahead of time are not able to get their sim.

All ntel do on their FB page is to redirect you to an empty website telling you about how they started, CEO words, fair usage policy and stories that touch… yet no provision for where or how to get your reserved number.

The question is, are these guys ready for business? Or are they merely a ghost 4G network? I’m pretty sure even their social media representative haven’t seen ntel sim card before talk more of handling it.

Those of you who have gotten your sim chips, how and where did you get it?

Why Are You Killing Yourself Over Glo Blackberry Plan When You Can Get 1terabyte on VisaFone BB Plan

Some of you are thinking Visafone is dead but the truth is, its not yet dead... still in the land of the living. Why are you all worrying and killing yourself over Glo blackberry plan, Airtel blackberry plan that zaps like hell? When you can get Visafone blackberry plan 1terrabyte for N1,000. I'm sure you are now aware that Glo blackberry plan is not like before again ever since they increase their subscription price. It now zaps should in case you haven't notice.

I made a post on that before but I wonder why some of you neglected it. All you need to do to get 1 terabyte every month on Visafone blackberry plan is for you to have access to their blackberry phone.
Visafone blackberry plan don’t work on ordinary blackberry phone except theirs. You can get their device, fairly use or brand new, activate their blackberry plan and tether it to the rest of your devices.

The good news is that Visafone have coverage in almost all locations; but to be fully sure your location is covered, just call this number 07041444444 ask them if their data coverage is available in your area.
Normally, you should be able to get their Blackberry device for N15,000 or less. Those of you in Lagos, just head straight to computer village and buy the fairly use Visafone blackberry smartphone and you are good to go.
You too look at it, you get 1terrabyte ( do you know how many gigs you’ll reach before you get to 1 terabyte? 900GB) for 1months. That should last you till eternity.
