The NBA All Star Weekend programme begins today but the highlight of the 2016 edition will be retiring Kobe Byrant who will playing his farewell All Star game.
Kobe Bryant is going to start the game at Toronto NBA All Star Game. It is also believed the game will be stopped and a special ceremony held for Bryant. The question is will Kobe Bryant be crowned NBA All Star Game MVP 2016 in Toronto? Analysts think this will be so, and a special ending to a game for a great player.
The Eastern Conference NBA All-Stars team will be led by Lebron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers alongside Paul George (Pacers) among others.
Kobe’s team which is the Western Conference NBA All-Stars have Kevin Durant (Thunder) F 6-9, Kawhi Leonard (Spurs) F 6-7, the hit man Stephen Curry (Warriors) G 6-3, Russell Westbrook (Thunder) G 6-3, Draymond Green (Warriors) F 6-7, James Harden (Rockets) G 6-5 and Chris Paul (Clippers) G 6-0.
Meanwhile, Toronto Raptors General Manager Masai Ujiri can’t wait to host the best NBA players, coaches, excutives and fans. For the first time in the 65-year history of the All-Star Game squads representing the Eastern and Western Conferences will square off outside the United States, at the Air Canada Centre, home of the Raptors in Canada.
