“It was fun all the way on the show with Davido Music Worldwide‘s latest signing, Mayowa a.k.a MayorKun.
It was surprising to know that MayorKun used to work in a bank, doing music on the side before he was signed by Davido himself.
He narrated the events that led to his signing pointing out the fact that it’s important to keep doing what you’re doing no matter what… in his words ‘it will pay off someday’.
The high-spirited young man also told us that he’s dad and mum are into music professionally, so we got to know the talent runs in the family.
Signing out on the show with a freestyle was enough to prove to us that the young man is gonna be shaking Naija’s Music scene anytime from now.”
