A plunging neck is related to a scoop neck style but goes a lot further. Call this style a deep V-neck or a very low scoop-neck. Either way, it exposes a lot of your central torso and cleavage.
You may wish to be daring, or consider it sexy to wear such a style without fearing a wardrobe malfunction, consider these tips:
Choose the right cups
The plunging and side less look is best on women with more modest chests—C cups or less since there’s little to no support. A simple plunge with covered sides is also best on smaller busts. Too much breast tissue pushed together or flattened out can look inappropriate, or downright painful.
Enlist backup
Be sure to use double-stick tape on both sides of your nipples to avoid any nip slips.
Use petals or silicone nipple covers if you’re going to be somewhere chilly. Plunging necklines are very dramatic, and you don’t want people staring at you for the wrong reason.
Know when to say no
If you have breast implants or a prominent sternum, perhaps avoid the plunge, otherwise you get this unsightly concavity at the cleavage.
Don’t go overboard
This is a very daring look, so make sure to keep the rest of your outfit somewhat subdued. Longer hemlines are a must.
